40g Protein Airfryer-Bowl

- 1 Pack of soy tempeh with gyros spice
- 0.5 Red peppers
- 0.5 Zucchini
- 150 g broccoli or cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 3 EL Hummus
Description
This bowl from the Airfryer has it all: 40g protein and so quick to prepare!
Preparation
Wash the vegetables. Cut the broccoli or cauliflower into florets, the zucchinis into half moons and the peppers into large cubes. Also dice the tempeh gyros and place everything together in the cooking basket of the airfryer.
Pour over the olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix well to distribute the oil and spices.
Bake in the Airfryer at 170°C for about 15-20 minutes. Mix once in between.
Enjoy the vegetable tempeh bowl with hummus.
The bowl is super versatile and can be prepared with any type of tempeh and vegetables. It's a quick and easy way to cover your protein requirements!
Of course, you can also prepare the vegetables and tempeh in a pan or in the oven.
