Autumn one-pot pasta

- 87.5 g pasta (e.g. fussili)
- Some cocktail tomatoes
- 0.25 small Hokkaido pumpkin
- 0.25 Pack of tempeh with gyros seasoning
- 50 g frozen spinach
- 50 g (oat) cream
- 0.125 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 tsp herbs
Description
This one-pot pasta is delicious and ultra quick to make:
You put everything in a pot, let it simmer and the pasta is ready!
Preparation
Dice the tempeh. Remove the seeds from the hokkaido and cut into cubes.
Put all the ingredients together in a pan and add about 250 ml of water so that the pasta and vegetables are just covered with liquid. Simmer for approx. 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
As soon as the pasta and pumpkin are cooked, season the one-pot pasta and enjoy.
