  • 25 Glass noodles
  • 0.5 Paprika
  • 50 g cucumber
  • 0.5 Carrot
  • 0.5 Handful of edamame
  • 0.5 Pack of BlackBean-Tempeh Tamari

  • Dressing
  • 1 EL Tamari
  • 0.5 Tbsp miso paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon apple syrup
  • 0.5 Garlic clove

Description

The glass noodle salad is wonderfully refreshing and combines glass noodles with crunchy vegetables and a tangy dressing.

Preparation

Scald the glass noodles with hot water, leave to stand and then drain.

Dice the tempeh and fry in oil until crispy brown.

Cut the vegetables into sticks.

For the dressing, finely chop the garlic and mix with the remaining ingredients.

Mix everything together and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
