    • 0.5 Broccoli - or other vegetables of your choice
    • 0.5 Pck. tempeh nature
    • 50 g spelt rice
    • 0.25 cm ginger
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 0.25 lime, including the juice
    • 0.5 Tbsp apricot jam
    • 1 EL Water
    • 0.5 Tbsp sesame seeds

Description

Natural tempeh can be used in a variety of ways, for example in combination with apricot jam!

Preparation

Cook the spelt according to the packet instructions.

Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch in salted water.

Finely chop the ginger, add the apricot jam and stir in the lime juice, soy sauce and a little water until smooth.

Dice the tempeh and fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Now reduce the heat considerably, pour over the sauce and reduce while stirring until the tempeh has completely absorbed the marinade.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on the tempeh cubes and enjoy!
