To support our team at trade fair appearances and events, we are looking for the following from February 2026 Germany-wide open-minded and ecologically interested people Mini-job basis/short-term employment.
Working hours
- No regular working hours, working hours depend on the organization of the event
- Location depends on the event
Your tasks
- Organization of trade fairs and events for tempehmanufaktur
- Set-up and dismantling, as well as supervision of the exhibition stand
- Information and advice about tempeh
- Preparation and distribution of samples
Your profile
- Ability to work in a team and commitment
- Open nature, confident demeanor, sociability and communication skills
- Social skills in the area of conversation
- Very good knowledge of German (ideally other foreign languages)
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Willingness to participate in events throughout Germany and beyond
- Experience in marketing, event management is an advantage but not essential!

Practical semester in the food industry (product development)
To support our team, we are offering a position for an internship semester in the area of product development.
Framework conditions
- Start: for the summer semester 2026
- Duration: ~ 6 months
- Place of work: Immenthal, Günzach
Your qualification
- Students of nutritional sciences, food technology/chemistry or related technical degree programs
- „Love the problem not the solution“ mentality with a passion for technology
- Structured and reliable way of working, high level of initiative
- Sociability and communication skills
Your tasks
- You will be given your own project in product development, which you will work on independently. You will learn how tempeh is produced on a laboratory scale, plan tastings and get creative yourself. We will define the project individually with you, and of course you will always have an experienced supervisor at your side.
- Your induction will take place in our production department, so you will get to know all our processes and will assist in production from time to time as required.
- You will also get to know the company beyond your own project and support the team in daily QM tasks and, if you are interested, you can also get a taste of all other areas such as marketing or order picking.
