Description
Delicious marinated tempeh cubes from the Airfryer spice up any boring dish!
Preparation
Place the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and mix well.
Cut the tempeh into cubes, add to the marinade and mix well until the tempeh cubes are well coated on all sides. Place the marinated tempeh cubes next to each other on the top layer of the Airfryer basket.
Optionally, cover the bottom layer of the Airfryer with water (so that the tempeh cubes do not touch the water). This keeps the tempeh nice and juicy and prevents it from drying out.
Place the tempeh in the airfryer at 170°C for approx. 10 minutes.
In the meantime, pour the hot vegetable stock over the couscous and leave to stand, covered.
Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch briefly in salted water.
Arrange everything on plates and enjoy!
