Mountain lentil tempeh on braised vegetables
Number of portions
- 0.5 Pack of mountain lentil tempeh
- 1.5 Carrots
- 0.25 Leek stalk
- 0.5 Fennel bulb
- 0.5 Paprika
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 100 ml water
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon vegetable stock
Description
The new mountain lentil tempeh harmonizes perfectly with vegetables - here are some delicious braised vegetables to go with it!
Preparation
Cut the vegetables into slices or cubes and fry in a pan with a little oil.
Add a little flour and sauté briefly, then pour in the water and stir well. Simmer the vegetables with the lid on for about 20 minutes until they are soft. Add the spices and season to taste.
Cut the mountain lentil tempeh into strips and fry in oil on both sides until golden brown.
Serve the tempeh with the braised vegetables.
