Peanut noodles with black bean tempeh

Number of portions
  • 62.5 g mien noodles or udon noodles
  • 0.5 Garlic clove
  • 0.25 cm piece of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 0.25 Lime, freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 tablespoon sweetener (e.g. apple syrup)
  • 0.5 Pck. BlackBean-Tempeh Tamari
  • Some sesame seeds and spring onions

Description

Fast and easy Peanut Noodles

Preparation

Finely chop the garlic and ginger and stir together with the peanut butter, soy sauce, sweetener and lime juice to make a sauce, add a little water or (chili) oil until the consistency is creamy.

Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, add to the sauce and mix well.

Cut the black bean tempeh into cubes, fry until crispy and then add to the noodles.

Optionally top with sesame seeds and spring onions.
