  • 125 g beet, cooked and peeled
  • 25 g tempeh nature
  • 0.5 teaspoon miso paste
  • 0.5 squeeze of lemon juice
  • 0.5 Tbsp yeast flakes
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • 125 g pasta (e.g. maccheroni)

Description

The brightly colored beet sauce is perfect for the next girls' night out, date night or simply for a good mood on the plate!

Preparation

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.

Place all the remaining ingredients in a high-speed blender with two ladles of pasta water and blend well until a creamy pink sauce has formed. Season the sauce to taste and pour over the pasta.

Sprinkle with (vegan) Parmesan cheese to taste.
