Potato wedges with gyros-style tempeh
Number of portions
- 250 g potatoes
- 1 EL Oil
- 1 teaspoon of spices (salt, pepper, paprika, chili)
- 0.5 Pck. tempeh burger smoky paprika
Description
Good gyros in vegan? YES!
Try our delicious gyros-style tempeh.
Preparation
Wash the potatoes well and cut into wedges with the skin on.
Add a little oil and the spice mix and mix well so that all the potato wedges get some seasoning.
Place the potatoes on a baking tray and bake in the oven or airfryer at 200°C for approx. 35 minutes.
Cut the tempeh burgers into thin strips and fry well in a pan with a little oil.
Serve both together and enjoy with ketchup, mayo or a tasty dip.
