Red cabbage salad with pears and mountain lentil tempeh

- 0.5 Head of red cabbage
- 2 Pears
- 1 Pck. mountain lentil tempeh
- 50 ml orange juice
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt, pepper
Description
This red cabbage salad is not only a tasty highlight, but is also full of high-quality ingredients!
Preparation
Finely slice the red cabbage or cut into thin strips and knead well with your hands for a few minutes. (Gloves are recommended, the red cabbage stains very strongly).
Quarter the pears, cut into slices and add to the red cabbage.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing, add to the salad, mix well and season to taste.
Cut the mountain lentil tempeh into cubes and fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Serve the tempeh cubes over the salad.
