Schupfnudel pan

- 125 g Schupfnudeln
- 0.5 Pck. tempeh garlic-coriander
- 100 g mushrooms
- 100 ml (soy) cream
- 1 Spring onion
- Salt, pepper, herbs
Description
One pan, a handful of ingredients and just 15 minutes - and the delicious potato noodle pan is ready!
Preparation
Place the Schupfnudeln in a pan with a little oil and fry for a few minutes.
Slice the mushrooms and dice the tempeh and add to the potato noodles.
Continue to fry everything together and then deglaze with the cream. Allow to simmer briefly, season and season to taste and the quick pan-fried dish is ready. 😊
