Sweet chili wok

- 0.5 Red peppers
- 0.5 Yellow peppers
- 0.5 Garlic clove
- 2 Spring onions
- 50 g sugar snap peas
- 0.5 Chili pepper
- 0.5 Pck. lupin tempeh sweet chili
- 62.5 g mien noodles or soba noodles
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
Description
Recipe for a quick, tasty and healthy stir-fry with fresh vegetables and sweet and spicy tempeh
Preparation
Wash and roughly chop the peppers, spring onions and mangetout.
Dice the lupin tempeh sweet chili, finely chop the garlic clove and slice the chili pepper into rings.
Place everything together in a wok or large pan and fry for a few minutes until the tempeh and vegetables start to color. Season with soy sauce and rice vinegar.
Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
Serve the wok vegetables with noodles and sweet chili sauce.
