Tempeh grill skewers

  • 0.25 Pack of tempeh gyros
  • 0.25 Pack of lupin tempeh wild herbs
  • 5 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 0.25 Zucchini
  • 0.25 Paprika
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 2 Pineapple slices (optional)
  • 5 Grapes (optional)
  • 1 EL Oil

Description

How about tempeh on the grill? Have you ever tried it? These skewers with vegetables and tempeh are so easy to make and really healthy too!

Preparation

  1. Cut the tempeh into small cubes.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: Wash the small tomatoes, wash and slice the zucchinis. Wash the peppers and cut into small pieces. Clean and slice the mushrooms. If you want to try something different, you can also prepare small pieces of pineapple or grapes.
  3. Slide the tempeh and vegetables alternately onto long skewers. Make sure that the tempeh pieces are about the same size as the other components so that everything touches the grill grate afterwards.
  4. Brush the skewers with oil, especially the tempeh, to prevent it from drying out (it is quite low in fat).
  5. Place on the grill for approx. 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
