Teriyaki Poké Bowl

- 0.5 Pck. tempeh teriyaki
- 0.5 Avocado
- 0.5 Carrot
- 0.5 Handful of sugar snap peas
- 125 g broccoli
- 0.5 small red cabbage
- 100 g Rice
- Optional: spring onions or herbs, nuts For the dressing:
- 1.5 EL Tahini
- 2 EL Water
- 0.5 Garlic clove or powder
- 0.5 Tbsp yeast flakes
- Salt, pepper
Description
This healthy and protein-rich bowl is ideal for lunch and can also be prepared the evening before.
Preparation
For the red cabbage salad, shred the cabbage or cut into very fine strips. Place the cabbage in a bowl with the salt, sugar and white wine vinegar and mix well. The salad can also be prepared in advance and left to infuse.
Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.
Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch briefly together with the mangetout.
Cut the carrot into slices or slice into thin strips with a peeler.
Cut the avocado into cubes and roll in black and white sesame seeds.
Dice the tempeh and fry in a pan with a dash of frying oil until golden brown on all sides.
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients well.
Arrange the ingredients on a large plate, pour over the dressing and optionally top with herbs and nuts.
