  • 1 Pita breads
  • 0.25 Packs of tempeh burgers smoky paprika
  • 0.25 Red peppers
  • 0.25 Zucchini
  • 1 Lettuce leaves
  • 0.125 Head of pointed cabbage
  • Salt, pepper
  • Olive oil, light balsamic vinegar
  • 30 ml yogurt or quark
  • Chives
  • Salt, pepper

Description

The healthy and meat-free alternative for anyone who doesn't want to miss out on kebab enjoyment!

Preparation

Slice the zucchini and dice the bell pepper and fry in a pan with a little olive oil. Season the vegetables with herbs, salt and pepper.

Bake the pita breads in the oven for a few minutes until crispy or place them individually in the toaster.

Slice the pointed cabbage into fine strips, knead well with your hands and mix with salt, sugar, olive oil and light balsamic vinegar to make a coleslaw.

To make the yoghurt sauce, finely chop the chives, add to the yoghurt with the spices and stir together.

Cut the tempeh burgers into thin strips and fry in a pan with frying oil until crispy.

Slice the pita breads and add salad, vegetables, coleslaw, tempeh and yogurt sauce one after the other and enjoy!
