Wraps with tempeh

    For the wraps
  • 2 Tortilla wraps
  • 100 g Tempeh BBQ or another type of tempeh
  • 0.5 red onions
  • some baby spinach
  • some lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 Tomatoes

  • For the guacamole
  • 0.25 Avocado
  • 0.5 tablespoon of lime or lemon juice
  • 0.25 Garlic clove
  • 0.25 small red onion
  • 0.25 small tomato
  • A little salt and pepper

Description

Plant-based, high in protein and quick to make! Tempeh wraps always work!

Preparation

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, scoop out the flesh and mash with a fork. Finely chop the garlic and onion, dice the tomato and add with the lime or lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the tempeh into cubes and fry in a pan with oil until golden brown.
  3. Tear the lettuce, slice the tomatoes and cut the red onions into rings.
  4. Fill the wraps with guacamole, lettuce, spinach, onions and tomatoes. Top with the tempeh cubes and enjoy!
